CRIME NO. 120 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order in Crl.OP.No.23174 of 2021 dated 03.12.2021 and pass such or other orders to deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of this case.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEEPAN UDAY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23174 of 2021 on 03.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
