O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the respondent has filed a suit in OS.No.243 of 2015 against the petitioner for permanent injunction, which is pending. In the aforesaid suit, the revision petitioner has also filed an application in IA.No.1246 of 2017 under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code. In the said application,

the respondent has not chosen to file written statement and is seeking time for filing counter affidavit from time to time. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the court below to dispose of the above application within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. By considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Court, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Sriperumbudur to dispose of the IA.No.1246 of 2017 in OS.No.243 of 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
