ORDER

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for he petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court has been modified with respect to the back wages. Now there is some dispute to the last drawn wages payable under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. http://www.judis.nic.in

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that the last drawn salary of Rs.14,582/- per month will be paid every month. Similarly, arrears of Rs.1,38,529/- will be paid within a period of four weeks from today (21.12.2017).

3. The said statement of the learned counsel for the respondent is hereby recorded and the contempt petition stands closed.

4. Post the contempt petition on 23.01.2018 for reporting compliance.
