ORDER
This sub-application is filed to revive the contempt petition No. 1783 of 2019 dated 27.06.2022 and punish the respondents for revising the panel of Deputy Tahsildars drawn for the year 2009.
2.Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the records, and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has made out a sufficient case for the relief sought.
3.Accordingly, the Sub-Application is allowed. The Contempt Petition is restored to the file of this Court. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent seeks time to obtain instructions in the matter. 4.List the main case in Cont.P.No.1783 of 2019 on 19.06.2026. 30-04-2026 SHA
