This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14.12.2021.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that on receipt of the petitioners' complaint, no action has been taken. Hence, the above petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, petition is pending for enquiry.
4. In view of the same, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
