ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's representation was only partially considered and patta has been issued only for six items of properties and for remaining eight items patta was not issued. 2.Leaned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that only for the six items of properties the documents have been submitted by the petitioner and hence, the patta has been issued for those items alone.

3.Such being the case, the petitioner is at liberty to submit the documents pertaining to the remaining items of subject properties to the respondents for

issuance of patta.
