ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 17.07.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.20055 of 2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that, in order to comply with the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20055 of 2025 dated 17.07.2025, the respondent has completed the investigation in Crime No.244 of 2022 and filed a charge sheet before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive trial of CCB & CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.3321 of 2025.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Contempt Petition is closed.
