This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent herein relating to the memorandum of charge dated 12.1.2007 in Na.Ka.No.12486/2005/NV and proceedings dated 30.08.2005 of the second respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.9856/04/A1, quash the same

2. Despite several opportunities being given to the petitioner and despite the matter is pending from 2007, there is no representation for the petitioner. Heard Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that during the pendency of the Writ petition departmental proceedings were completed and final order also passed, dismissing the petitioner from service and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

4. In view of the subsequent development as stated by the learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
