Earlier on 01.06.2017 and 05.06.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and thereby, the matter has been adjourned on two occasions. Thereafter, on 03.12.2019, when the above Crl.O.P. was taken up for consideration, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Crl.O.P., was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even today, i.e. 09.12.2019, when the matter is taken up, neither the petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
