Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the direction passed in CR.M.P.788 of 2017 and permit him to appear the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, E.O.I, Egmore on the first working day every three months pending disposal of Crl.R.C.71 of 2017 order dated 17.02.2017 [IN CRL.MP.NO.1093 OF 2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RANGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of NO APPEARANCE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 17.02.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.788 of 2017, granting bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the conditions imposed by this Court has been regularly complied with and the petitioner is facing difficulty to comply with the same due to his ailments. Therefore, the petitioner seeks to modify the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 17.02.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This Court is not inclined to modify the condition, since the petitioner was directed to appear before the Court below only once in a month and this Court is ready to take up the main revision itself.
