PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to Crime No.381 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.381 of 2022 pending on the file of first Respondent Police and to quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report is filed in C.C.No.720 of 2023, on the file of the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation has been completed and the final report is filed, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.381 of 2022. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
