The petitioner by name Chitra along with her learned counsel on record and the respondent by name Manikandan are present. The respondent is not represented by any counsel. 2.This Court by order dated 08.04.2014 directed the matter to be posted before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre for mediation. In pursuance of the same, the parties appeared for mediation and settled the dispute between them. K.B.K.VASUKI, J.

rk 3.As per the mediation report dated 15.12.2014, enclosing mediation agreement, received from Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the petitioner/wife and the respondent/husband have entered into amicable settlement and have settled the dispute between them, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side.

4.In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 15.12.2014. The Mediation Agreement and the Mediation Report dated 15.12.2014 shall form part of this order. Connected M.P is closed.
