PRAYER : Originally this application has been filed as Original Application No.2575 of 2003 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, application has been transferred and re-numbered as W.P.No.26647 of 2007. Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.6870/2002/A3 dated 04.06.2003 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the applicant in service as Panchayat Assistant.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the proceedings of the first respondent/District Collector, Coimbatore District in Na.Ka.No.6870/2002/A3 dated 04.06.2003, set aside the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the applicant in service as Panchayat Assistant.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent development, the writ petition has become infructuous as nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
