Read this order in conjunction with order dated 21.02.2022 which is extracted below:
"The petitioner has now obtained approval dated 09.04.2021 from the Directorate of Town and Country Planning as well as safety certificate dated 25.08.2021.
2. Both documents may be presented to the authorities prior to the next date of hearing, in order to enable the authorities to process the application of the petitioner dated 28.06.2019 seeking conversion from Low Tension Current Transformer (LTCT) to High Tension (HT) connection and an order passed in this regard before 24.02.2022.
3.List on 23.02.2022."
2. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner states that it has approached the authorities who are in the process of considering its application. Mr.Kalam confirms that orders are expected to be passed expeditiously in line with the direction contained in order dated 21.02.2022.
3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed.
4. Pending Writ Petition, the petitioner has, in compliance with the direction issued by this Court on 27.01.2020, deposited a sum of Rs.12,60,000/- in an interest bearing fixed deposit on 10.02.2020. Let steps be taken by the Registry for return of the same to the petitioner upon request being made in this regard. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
