JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal is preferred by the defendant in O.S.No.966 of 1986 who lost the case before both the Courts below. The said suit is filed for partition by the respondent/plaintiff.

2.On 17.07.2020, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant on record has reported no instruction and has stated that he has given consent for change of counsel long back. However, to give one more opportunity to the appellant, the matter was ordered to be listed today (27.07.2020). Today, there is no representation on either side. It appears that the appellant is not ready and willing to prosecute the matter further. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
