This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection to the life and property of the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.02.2017 lodged before the first respondent. 2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor took notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and on instructions, submitted that necessary protection is given to the petitioner and there is no untoward incident as projected in the complaint dated 02.02.2017 made by the petitioner.
