(CRIME NO.365/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No. 21760 of 2021 order dated 19.11.2021 and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21760 of 2021 on 19.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
