Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to post the petitioner as Physical Education Teacher to standards VI to X of the 3rd respondent school as per the Regulations of Tamil Nadu Recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Act 1973 and code of Regulations for Anglo Indian Schools Tamil Nadu.
