This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioners herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are accused in Crime No.2 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. In this case, the petitioners along with one Vivin had committed the offence. The petitioners were arrested and the said Vivin is still absconding. they are mere complying with the conditions and are not cooperating for enquiry. Other than questioning the petitioners with regard to the whereabouts of the co-accused, who is absconding, the respondents are not harassing the petitioners.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the other accused Vivin was already granted anticipatory bail before the Principal District Court, Erode and he is likely to surrender and furnish sureties. The learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that the petitioners undertake to co-operate with the respondent for enquiry.

4.Recording the undertaking made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed. The respondent shall not harass the petitioners.
