This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 21.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32056 of 2019.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents submitted that, as against the order under contempt, Writ Appeal No.1669 of 2021 was filed and the same stood disposed of by a judgment dated 15.07.2021 and that, challenging the same, Review Application No.126 of 2021 was filed and the same was allowed by an order dated 08.10.2021. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition and recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
