O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the wife of the detenu Yuvaraj for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. It is alleged that the petitioner married the detenu in the year 2007 and they lived for about four years. It is further seen that the detenu had married another lady and on coming to know about the same, the petitioner has gone to the house of her in laws and questioned the same, due to which a quarrel had ensued, in connection https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with which a case in crime No.393 of 2015 has been registered on 28.08.2015 on the file of the Anndanapatti Police Station for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC.
