As directed by this Court, the plaintiff has filed an application seeking permission of this Court for effecting substituted service on the first defendant.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for, and a direction is issued to the plaintiff to effect substituted service on the first defendant by effecting paper publication in any Vernacular daily having wide circulation in the State of Tamil Nadu for the hearing on 20.02.2024.
