ORDER

This application has been filed to extend the time granted to execute the security bond in the main petition in O.P.No.633 of 2024 vide order dated 30.07.2025.

2. The applicant is the petitioner in the main petition. Already this Court has granted letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner and directed to execute a security for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) within a period of three months. Since, the petitioner was in abroad, he was unable to execute the bond within time. Therefore, this application has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

4. Considering the above statement and facts and circumstances of the case, this application in Application No.401 of 2026 is allowed and a further period of one month is granted to execute the security bond from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
