This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.4 (b) of Crl.o.P.No.30812 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Tanjore and report before the Inspector of Police, AWPS, Tanjore, every day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30812 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
