These petitions are filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail pending investigation in Crime No.77 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, during the course of the investigation, offence under SC/ST Act had also been included in this case by filing alteration report dated 22.07.2023. Petitioner belongs to backward community and the deceased belong to Scheduled Case Community. Therefore, petitioner is also implicated for committing the offence under Section 3(2)(V) of SC/ST Act, 1989 POA, 2015.

3. In the said circumstances, this petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Sessions Court by quoting correct provisions.
