ORDER

Order in Na.Ka.No.8139/M2/2008 dated 14.10.2008 passed by the 2nd respondent and the confirmation order passed by the 1st respondent in Pau.Mu.No.111818/W5/E3/08 dated 02.05.2012, are under challenge. A direction is also sought, to sanction salary and terminal benefits including pension to the 3rd respondent by approving his post as School Head Master.

2. Heard Ms.V.Harini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Mohan Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent.

3. Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the 3rd respondent was granted promotion without approval of the District Education Officer w.e.f.12.09.2008 and for the period from 12.09.2008 to 31.05.2010, he was only paid the salary of Graduate Teacher. It appears that the 3rd 2/4

respondent was superannuated in the year 2010 itself.

4. Recording these observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
