O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the F.I.R. in Crime No.15/2008 pending on the file of 2nd respondent to the CB-CID or any other agency and direct them to investigate the case and file a final report.

2.It is seen that the second respondent reported to this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22309 of 2011 that the investigation is now completed and the final report is ready and it will be filed in the near future, it was recorded by this Court in the order dated 22.01.2013. Accordingly, the second respondent has also filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, on 22.01.2013 due to shifting of the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

premises of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, the entire file has been misplaced and the file is not available in the Court record.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur is directed to reconstruct the entire case records in respect of the Crime No.15/2008 on the file of the second respondent. The second respondent is also directed to furnish all the copies of the relevant documents along with the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur.

The entire process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the Judicial Magistrate is directed to take cognizance and issue summons to the accused. 4.With the above directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
