Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records in connection with Notice dated 20.03.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent wherein the 2nd respondent, called for objection on draft delimitation of wards in Pernambut Municipality particularly including the Pernambut Municipality, Ward Nos. 9 and 12 in Pernambut Municipality, Ward 16 and quash the same as it is illegal non-est and void and consequently, direct the respondent to replace the ward in Pernambut Municipality as it was earlier by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2020 in accordance with law and rules therein.
