When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, alternate place has been provided to the petitioner at Alandur Road to run the petty shop. A copy of the proceedings dated 04.07.2008 in Rc.No.158/A5/2008 has been produced before this Court, to the said effect. 2.In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and accordingly the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
