The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of of IA.No.783 of 2017 in OS.No.75 of 2017, pending on the file of the District Munsif, Hosur.

2.The suit has been filed by the respondents herein for permanent injunction restraining the defendant / petitioner herein not to interfere with their possession over the suit property. Pending the suit, the petitioner herein filed an application in IA.No.783 of 2017 for rejection of the plaint in OS.No.75 of 2017.

3.The petitioner would submit that the said application has been heard and posted for orders as early as on 30.10.2023. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned for several occasions. The petitioner would submit that orders ought to have been passed in the application without adjourning the same for more than a year. Therefore, the petitioner is 2/5

before this Court.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

5.From the notes of proceedings it is seen that the petition has been heard and posted for orders as early as on 30.10.2023. However, the petition has not been disposed of.

6.Considering the above fact, the learned District Munsif, Hosur, is directed to dispose of IA.No.783 of 2017 in OS.No.75 of 2017, within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. The Civil Revision Petition allowed with the above direction. No costs.
