S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted by the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai dated 28.12.2019, in Cr.No.776 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that when the accused was produced before the learned Magistrate for remand, the learned Magistrate found that no prima facie case is made out against the accused and he refused to remand the accused.

4. Since the learned Magistrate has not remanded the accused there is no question of cancellation of bail. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
