(This case has been heard through Video conference This Second Appeal is pending for the past ten years. The matter was listed for final hearing on 21.07.2020, 19.08.2020, 25.08.2020, 08.09.2020, 15.09.2020, 22.09.2020, 29.09.2020, 01.10.2020 and 08.10.2020, but the learned counsel for the appellant took adjournments repeatedly and not ready.

2. Today, when the matter is listed, once again the learned counsel for the appellant sought adjournment. This Court is unable to accommodate the request since in spite of granting nine adjournments, he is not ready to get along with the appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
