J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that she has not received any instructions from the appellant and without any instructions she is not in a position to conduct the case before this Court and she has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
2. In view of the above, this court is inclined to dismiss the second appeal for non prosecution. Consequently, connected CMP is closed. No costs.
