Respondents Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from in any manner seeking to interfere with the selection and admission process for admission of students for the B.Tech. Courses offered by the petitioner for the academic year 2003-2004 pursuant to the All India Entrance Examination conducted by the petitioner on 18th May 2003 and pass orders.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made an endorsement which reads as follows:

" Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In the circumstances, the petition may be permitted to withdrawn as infructuous or closed as infructuous leaving the issued raised in the writ petition open and liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge it in future if necessary"

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
