Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order of this court dated 02.01.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.18003/2019 in Crl.A.No.218/2019 by deleting the condition of deposit of a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of the Special CC NO.3/2017 before the Trial Court, on or before 23/01/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.RATHANAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court on 02.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.18003 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.218 of 2019. Hence the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. It is open to the trial Court to secure the accused and commit him into custody for undergoing the remaining period of sentence, if any.
