2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after detailed investigation, the case in Crime No.701 of 2018 has been closed as "mistake of fact" and filed R.C.S.No.33 of 2018, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram on 21.12.2018.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
