Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in connection with impugned order passed by him in reference No.M/XP/11/SNP/22-23 dated 09.01.2023 and the 1/4
consequential orders passed by the second respondent in Reference No.X/NP.135/Medical De-categorized dated 10.01.2023 and third respondent in Reference No.X/AJJ/04/2023 dated 11.01.2023, quash the same and direct the respondents to provide alternative employment to the petitioner in commensurate with deformity sustained by the De-categorised staff and disburse the salary from January 2021 to November 2021 besides sanction travelling allowances for having served outside the headquarters from the month of May 2022 to till date as per the rules.
