ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30707 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flowe Bazaar Police Station, Chennai, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30707 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week viz., on every Monday at 10:30 a.m.
