The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order this Court dated 03.08.2023 (and corrected by order dated 07.09.2023) in W.P.No.9029 of 2023.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has received all the arrears and hence the contempt petition may be closed.
