Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the first respondent made in Oo.Mu.No.158/A2/2013 dated 01.02.2013 and that of the consequential order of the 2nd respondent made in No.PB/ICF/Schools/01 dated 28.05.2013, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to approve the appointment of petitioner in the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Economics) forthwith with all benefits both service and monetary.

The writ petition is for a Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the first respondent made in Oo.Mu.No.158/A2/2013 dated 01.02.2013 and that of the consequential order of the 2nd respondent made in No.PB/ICF/Schools/01 dated 28.05.2013, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to approve the appointment of petitioner in the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Economics) forthwith with both service and monetary benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner has been filed a memorandum on 26.03.2019, stating that his client has requested him to withdraw the present writ petition. No costs.
