ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.10.2024 to get the deposit money of the petitioner's husband, Rajendran, S/o.Periya Thambi Nadar.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the bank submits that if the third respondent also accompanies the petitioner and executes the relevant document, the bank is willing to consider the representation and pass orders in accordance with law. 2/6

3. The learned Counsel for the third respondent is also present and submits that the third respondent is supporting the petitioner and she has also filed an affidavit in support of the petitioner. The third respondent is also willing to accompany the petitioner to the bank to execute whatever necessary forms the bank may require.

4. In view thereof, this Writ Petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondent bank to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.10.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law within one week from the date of receipt/production of a web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order.
