ORDER
This Court by its earlier order dated 11.02.2020 recorded the submissions made by the learned counsel on record for the petitioner that he has already given change of vakalat and this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner on 14.02.2020. Accordingly, on 14.02.2020, the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list and there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. This Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 18.02.2020 under the caption "for dismissal".
Today also, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
