The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant could not serve notice on the second respondent in C.M.A.No.1865 of 2019 and sought permission of this Court to effect service through paper publication in any English Daily - Pune Edition. 2.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this petition is ordered. Appellant is permitted to effect service through paper publication in one issue of any leading Vernacular Newspaper which have wide circulation in the vicinity (Pune) indicating the next date of hearing as 10.02.2025 on or before 05.02.2025.
