Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.28243 of 2011 dated 06.02.2018 has been complied with and in support of his submission, he produced a Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.71 dated 09.11.2022. He would further submit that based on the above stated G.O., subsequent orders have also been passed vide order dated 02.12.2022.
