SESHASAYEE CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1171 of 2022 CRL.R.C.No.1133 of 2021 M.ASHOK KUMAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs B.T.JAYARAMAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.14459/2021 in Crl.RC.1133/2021 dated 07.01.2022.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to Pandemic condition and certain unforeseen circumstances in the family, the amount directed to be deposited by this Court vide order dated 07.01.2022 was not deposited.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Miscellaneous petition, this Court is inclined to extend the time by three weeks for depositing the amount.

3. It is underscored if the amount is not deposited as that now directed, the order of suspension of sentence granted by the Court would be revoked.
