Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent dated 6/5/2015 in Letter No.C3 (N)/3661/2013, with respect to the aggregate demand of Rs.70,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy lakhs only) towards deposit for the building as contained in column (iii) of the impugned order of the second respondent with respect to Page No:1/4

the building to be put up at proposed constructions of combined basement floor for block 1 and 2 with block - 1 Stilt floor + 6 floors residential building with 60 dwelling units, block - 2 stilt floor + 7 floors residential building with 56 dwelling units (totally 116 dwelling units) at S.Nos.11/3A, 12/1A, 12/2A, 12/3A, 12/4A and 12/5A of Nerkundram Village bearing Door No.110/1 of Poonamallee High Road, Chennai, by quashing the same and consequently direct the second respondent to grant planning permission as sought for in respect of constructions to be put up in the aforesaid property without insisting upon the demand of security deposit for development as contained in Letter No.C3(N)/3661/2013, dated 6/5/2015 issued by the second respondent.
