ORDER

This application has been filed to condone the delay of 481 days in filing the Adoption Memo of the 3rd respondent, adopting the written statement of D2 in C.S.No.96 of 2024.

2. According to the applicant, she is the 2nd defendant in the main suit. It is stated that she is not going to file the written statement and intends to adopt the written statement filed by the 2nd defendant. Hence, she filed this application.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st defendant has expressed no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in order to afford an opportunity to the applicant to contest the case, this Court deems it fit to allow this application. 5.This application stands allowed accordingly. The delay of 481 days in filing the adoption memo is hereby condoned. The Adoption Memo of the applicant is taken on file.
