The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to amend the offences under Sections 140(3), 309(6), 311, 329(3), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, instead of Sections 309(6), 311, 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, wherever it appears as per order dated 06.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.25 of 2025 passed by this Court.
