Today, when the Second Appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side, are appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing.

2. Mr.R.Narayanan [Enrol.No.2811 of 2016] for Mr.M.V.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the dispute pertains to this appeal had already been settled in out of Court. The learned counsel for the respondent also conceded the same. The said submission is recorded.

3. Hence, in view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Second Appeal is dismissed, as the matter is settled out of Court. However, there is no order as to costs.
