O R D E R

Mrs. A.B. Reehana Begum, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the enquiry has been fixed on the revision dated 30.11.2018 filed by the Petitioners, at 3.00 p.m. on 20.02.2020 before the First Respondent.

The First Respondent shall ensure that there is atleast one effective hearing showing progress of the matter. After affording full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, the First Respondent shall consider each of the contentions raised by the parties and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law, and shall communicate the decision taken to the Petitioner under written acknowledgment and a report of such compliance shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 30.03.2020.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
